To facilitate processing of the report, it is recommended to state your name and your position. However, it is possible to remain anonymous.
Betclic undertakes to:
- Ensure the confidentiality of the exchanges;
- Protect any whistleblower acting in good faith and who has not received any direct financial compensation.
No disciplinary action may be taken against you. In accordance with applicable laws, any employee who takes reprisals against a whistleblower acting in good faith will be subject to disciplinary measures up to and including dismissal.
Conversely, improper use of the mechanism may give rise to disciplinary action and legal proceedings.
